We have a tasty salad to get you in the Summer mood! Light and fresh, this Field Salad makes a great starter or side to your meal.
- 10 raw Button Mushrooms
- 1 tin of Sweetcorn
- 12 Cherry Tomatoes, halved
- 1 Red Onion
- 1 Red Pepper
- Mixed Salad (such as Lambs Lettuce, Water Cress, Rocket).
- Drizzle of Balsamic Vinegar
- In a large salad bowl place in the mixed Salad leaves.
- Wash and chop the Mushrooms and Red Pepper.
- Peel and chop the Red Onion.
- Drain the Sweetcorn and halve the Cherry Tomatoes.
- Add the ingredients to the salad bowl and toss together.
- Drizzle on the Balsamic Vinegar, and serve.
