Field Salad

Serves 4, 10 minutes Preparation

We have a tasty salad to get you in the Summer mood! Light and fresh, this Field Salad makes a great starter or side to your meal.


  • 10 raw Button Mushrooms
  • 1 tin of Sweetcorn
  • 12 Cherry Tomatoes, halved
  • 1 Red Onion
  • 1 Red Pepper
  • Mixed Salad (such as Lambs Lettuce, Water Cress, Rocket). 
  • Drizzle of Balsamic Vinegar


  1. In a large salad bowl place in the mixed Salad leaves. 
  2. Wash and chop the Mushrooms and Red Pepper.
  3. Peel and chop the Red Onion.
  4. Drain the Sweetcorn and halve the Cherry Tomatoes.
  5. Add the ingredients to the salad bowl and toss together.
  6. Drizzle on the Balsamic Vinegar, and serve.
