Serves 12, 5 minutes preparation, 20 minutes cooking
Perfect for dipping in guacamole and salsa at a party and so easy to make why not cook a batch of these tasty tortilla chips next time you have friends coming over?
- 12 corn tortillas
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- Pre heat oven to 200C/180C fan/gas 6.
- Brush both sides of the tortillas with the oil using a pastry brush, then cut each wrap into 8 triangles with scissors or a large knife.
- Arrange the tortilla triangles in a single layer on 1 or 2 baking sheets and bake for 7-8 mins until golden. Remove, sprinkle with salt and set aside until you are ready to serve.
